Trouble replacing my payout account- resolved thank you!

My mom is about to start listing on eBay again after several years and we're trying to update so she can list. She's no longer a member of the bank she has down for her payouts, and they won't let us replace it without verifying the account number for the old bank account. Unfortunately, we can't find the old account number. Is there any way to get around this and keep the account, or will we have to start from scratch?

Try to find the old account number. It can be found on cancelled checks or bank statements.

They should have been saved for tax purposes if no other reason.

Does she have some old checks that have the old account number on them?

If she hasn't sold for several years are you sure that she was set up in Managed Payments and that bank account was for payouts,not for purchases? Several years ago we received our payouts through Paypal, not our bank accounts.
