Trouble Uploading Listings File Exchange

I am having the errors 

BAF.Error.5 Unable to find Task Action Id for task er

BAF.Error.4 Unparseable Line

What steps need to be taken to upload my items? I have found that this generally means there is something wrong with the description. Please advise.

Hi. I would mosey on over to the Active Content Board. I usually work with shipscript who has helped me enormously with issues like this. Hope this helps.
