Trouble Listing - eBay Server Trouble

Has anybody else been experiencing problems getting past the "Creating Draft" message? 

9 out of 10 times, I get the server down message "It's not you, it's us". The 10th time, I might be lucky to get to the listing form.

No, and I've been listing all day.      I'm sorry, I wish I had a better answer, but I do know they've been having issues the last week or so.

I'm getting this constantly today, unable to list anything at all, either from a draft, from a brand new listing, or from clicking on 'sell it yourself' on someone else's listing. Very frustrating when this is my busiest time of year!
