Looking at my seller dashboard, I noticed it said transaction missing on-time tracking or carrier scan. I sold an item and they paid with Echeck. An ebay message said do not print the label until the check clears, which was about 6 days. I shipped the day the check cleared. Called Ebay and they couldn't remove it. It's not really a big deal but not fair either.

This just doesn't sound right (on eBays part). On the order what does it say in the lower right, order placed date, Payment date.Are they the same? Somewhere it should show when the echeck cleared but I am not sure where. And is the cleared date the same as the tracking date?

Another question I have is did eBay show the hourglass or dollar sign before PayPal cleared?
