Transactions and sales (Seller dashboard) not matching Orders?

In the seller dashboard, the transactions and sales tab is listing a total different number of transactions and sales than if I am in the seller hub and look at all my transactions.

The period is the same Jan 2022 - Dec 2022

The number is over 50 transactions different with a total differing gross of several thousand. I double checked the seller hub to make sure it showed paid and shipped orders.

I also double checked it wasn't adding returns which are less than 10 so that wouldn't make 50 transactions discrepancy.

Anyone have any idea?

If you have a big sales descrepancy between the two, then pull a detailed transaction report from the seller hub. That might shed some light on the discrepancy. Also remember that there could be some transactions that processed towards the end of December 2021 that could have been added to your 2022 aggregate total.

The numbers in the Seller Dashboard are by region, if you select USA any non-US sales won't be included. If you select Global then no US sales will be included.

At least some of your listings offer International shipping via GSP so that might account for the difference.
