I had someone with purchased an item in December 22 and wanted guaranteed delivery by December 26th. If could not guarantee delivery by December 26th then I was asked to please cancel the transaction. I sent a message telling the buyer I could not guarantee delivery by December 26th and refunded the money. Then I receive an email telling me to mail it that night and the buyer should received it in time. I told the buyer we live in a small town and our post office closed at 4:30. Then I was told by the buyer to go ahead and send the item and if it was not received in time I could refund the money. I told the buyer I would not do that since I would be out the item and the postage. I had already refunded the money. The buyer harassed me for 3 days about the item. I finally just ignored the messages. I answered the first 12 or so after that I ignored the buyer. Well they left me negative feedback today.
