eBay is a worldwide group of buyers and sellers.    This board represents a very small % 

of ebay members and there might not be a single reader here from your area.

It's possible you'll hit the jackpot posting here,  But putting the word out in your 

local area will probably net you better results.

     It may be difficult for you to find somebody to take on that role since they would be taking all the risks as well as paying all the income taxes on that revenue. I would estimate anyone willing to tackle this would want 50+% of the net profit. You may be better off taking the items to a consignment auction house.

Not me.  I who wants 50% of $10?  LOL....or 50% of nothing  if the item doesn't sell? 
I would only work for an hourly rate (commensurate with my 25 years experience as a seller).   Devices, ISP, and all personal and banking information would have to belong solely to the OP.  That way if eBay decides to snag some money back it does not come from me.
