Trademark Violation - Unauthorized Listing Content - Based on my Listing Title

So I just hit with a trademark violation on selling a branded item. A vehicle manufacturer (SUBARU) claimed that I was using there trademark or there "Brand New" on some of the item I am selling from an aftermarket manufacturer.

My question is that those 2 item that I listed on the Title, I did not use the key word "FIT FOR" on a specific vehicle brand. Could that be the reason? I recalled talking to an ebay rep before that I needed to used the key word "FIT FOR" in order for me to list any aftermarket items that is use or fit for that branded vehicle. 

Just want to make sure on that. On the title which I was accussed of violation is:

APR Performance Carbon Fiber 2011 - 14 Subaru WRX STI Hatchback Exhaust Cover

Some rules where you can't put the name of carmaker in the title, because it insinuates it comes from the manufacturer, when it's aftermarket.

If I were not to put a Manufacturer name, and model name, then how can buyer locate my item?

I cannot just put "Universal Fitment" Then it will not be for that specific vehicle.

After Market should be shown in the title. Even though OEM wasn't used, that's manulating the search.

Buyers will think it's real.

Did a search for "suburu impreza sti bumper".  Hit near 12,000 results.  Some had various combos of "Fit For" in title.  Some did not.  Could be some logic combo in listing these parts as "brand new" instead of "used"?

Don't really know, and probably not much help, I know.

So far, I have put "FIT FOR" on most of my listing title that is vehicle brand related. Knock on wood, I have not had any listing being removed.  I believe Subaru is starting to enforce this action. I do know using the vehicle brand Nissan , Infiniti and Datsun in the pass without adding "FIT FOR' on my listing title I was being removed by the manufacturer and Vero. Will wait and see....
