Tracking to the UK is not working...

I noticed the tracking to the UK stop working after the item is dispatched. Nobody is scanning the items after they arrive in the UK. The most frustrating thing is that the royal mail is not providing online status anymore for the tracked items, and they say that the item is not in their system..... How we are supposed to dispute an item not received case if we don't have proof that the item is delivered? I have 5 items for two months so-called lost in the mail. I am sure they are delivered, but the buyers are tacking the items and after that, they want their refunds. I am about to transfer all my items to eBay.com only to exclude the UK from shipping. I have to do it, because my store is literally dying, and now my balance is on minus and everything is on me... I did my job perfectly, I always send perfectly folded and prepared items, clean and very well packed. Always with tracking.
 I don't deserve this

Only if the buyer click delivered it shows as delivered, but still it is skipping its way and all the checkpoints to there.

This is the US discussion-board community. You may get better responses to your concerns if you post this on the UK discussion boards. Very few US sellers deal with Royal Mail--some, of course, but not many.

Here's a link to the ebay.co.uk discussion boards:

Royal mail offer a number of different services

Items are scanned through out the journey to the recipient's door.

Item is scanned only when delivery is attempted.

Your comment "Nobody is scanning the items after they arrive in the UK".

Arrival in UK means arriving at UK customs and they do not scan or update any track& trace website and depending on value of item and whether sender is registered IOSS will determine how long it takes for the item to custom clear and if not covered by IOSS then payment demands are sent to recipient and item is released to Royal Mail after payment is received.

If service used is tracked through out the journey then you will see scans otherwise no scans.

As a seller I sent everything with a signature or tracked& signed and I share your frustration as over the past 18 months there have been a huge number of orders that have not been scanned or  delivery confirmed and  this failure of service can and does cause anxiety.

Re: How we are supposed to dispute an item not received case if we don't have proof that the item is delivered?

You file a claim and then wait for at least a month which allows their so called  system enough time to update and then send you a letter denying your claim as item was delivered.

This does not help sellers as platform does not allow sellers this time to resolve cases and I should imagine in all cases refund is issued long before postal service provider denies claim.

Sadly this lack of service is not limited to UK as this forum board has lots of threads detailing some horror tails of how badly postal service treats it's customers in USA and other countries so moving listings to.com and excluding UK from your ship countries may not resolve your issues.

I now use GSP and the number of issues relating to international shipments is basically zero.

Good luck and hope all works out to your satisfaction.
