Tracking a parcel

So I brought something on eBay it’s saying it was sent a month ago I have a tracking number on ups but it’s saying the label has been created and not sent  nothing is coming up I’ve contacted the seller but I have had no reply and I have no idea how to contact eBay

eBay does not need to be contacted. The system is automated. 

You can file a Item Not Received case one day after the latest estimated delivery date provided by eBay when you purchased the item. 

You have 30 days from that latest estimated delivery date to file a Item Not Received case.

Go to your purchase history, find the item and select from the More Actions pulldown," I did not receive it"

Look at the top right side of most eBay pages and there is a link that says My eBay.  It has a drop-down menu with an option to select Purchase History.  There should be an ability to take action to report it didn't arrive.

File a INR (item not received) case through ebay.

You should be refunded in a few days.
