Last weekend my tracking uploaded and scanned metric showed two transactions that weren't in compliance. Actually, everything was in compliance. I blamed the mistake on eBay's puzzling inability to factor in holidays (Labor Day) in their shipping metric, a mistake eBay has been making for YEARS! MANY YEARS!
Within a couple of days, it went back to normal showing my compliance for that metric was 100%.
Now, a week later, it again shows one transaction not in compliance. It shows it as tracking uploaded but no carrier scan on one transaction for the 3 months ending Aug. 31. Of course, every thing I sold in that 3 months has already been delivered.
I clicked on the see report option and it says "Well done! All your transactions meet the requirements".....(etc.). So why does my dashboard show one transaction isn't in compliance?
Is anyone else seeing this inaccurate metric on their dashboard?
