Curious if any other sellers are getting hit with Seller Dashboard defects as a result of the "Tracking Uploaded On Time and Validated" report?
From Mid September to Mid October evaluation period, 21 Shipments show up in our report as Not Uploaded at All. In every instance, tracking was recorded in Paypal. And when I say recorded, I mean within minutes or an hour at most, post sale.
I spoke with an Ebay CSR who told me that there has been an ongoing, documented issue with tracking not carrying over from Paypal to Ebay. He apologized, and promised to escalate to another department but it sounded a lot like lip service.
CSR also claimed that he could not remove the defects, even though we went through them all and in every instance, there was tracking recorded in Paypal for each transaction.
We are diligently trying to stay ahead of the performance curve with Ebay but it is getting extremely frustrating.
