Tracking ID Issue.

I have 3 Questions to Ask.
1.  What happens if i haven't upload tracking number on my order? and ship it to the customer. then mark as shipped.

2. What to do when i dropship on ebay to ebay, i can't upload the tracking number which i got from seller.

3. If i delivered the product and can't upload the tracking id number do ebay released this money which customer gave me?

Please help i am new in this.

You need to have the tracking number uploaded before the last Estimated Date of Delivery. Otherwise you will not have seller protection against an Item Not Received dispute, even if your tracking number indicates that it was delivered to the buyer's City and ZIP.

Need more details here. What is going wrong? You should be able to find an option in the Actions columns of your Sold items page that will allow you to add the tracking number for that item. You might want to mark it as Shipped first.

I believe the hold is lifted in 21 days if no tracking number is uploaded, but if your dropshipper is providing you with a tracking number, you should be able to upload that. (If you get an error message saying that the number is already in use, then maybe the dropshipper is uploading the tracking number themselves...?)

You have to upload the tracking number for that package, not a different one, because your seller protection against an Item Not Received dispute depends on the number showing a Delivered status to your buyer's City and ZIP, not someplace else.

What goes wrong when you try to upload the tracking number that your dropshipper is providing to you? Is he shipping the item from a different country?

No no. On ebay you can't upload one tracking number in to two items. Like i got sell on ebay on my store. Then i bought product from ebay in lower price. Then vendor gave me tracking number. And he had uploaded the same tracking number on My ebay ebaying listing. So now i can't upload the tracking number on my sold listing.

It does not sound like you are dropshipping. You are selling an item that you do not have, and when you get paid, you then turn around and buy the item from another seller.

In a dropshipping arrangement, you list items belonging to your dropshipper, and when you sell one, you direct your dropshipper to send it out. From what you are describing, it sounds like you do not have the item you are listing, but you plan to buy one using the payment from your customer.

While you can have the item you bought shipped directly to your customer, it is not your tracking number; it was generated by your seller. Therefore it is his tracking number, not yours.
