>>>I ship an item and it's delivered.
>>>Buyers leaves me negative feedback.
Why?
Because he threw it away without opening it...thought it was junk mail...and it's my fault because I didn't write on the outside of the package what was inside the package...
I mean, well, enough said.
Do I have a case to ask ebay to remove the negative?

There are no negative feedback comments visible for the ID with which you have posted.

As crazy as it sounds, the buyer did not violate any feedback policy. It won't be removed.

What? Since when do we have to write on the outside of packages what is placed on the inside? Isn't that asking for a little trouble?
Your buyer is a 1st grader, if ebay doesn't remove this stupid neg, you have 500 characters to tell your side, but be professional about it, block that nit who doesn't open his mail, geez.

Nor are there sales, probably their posting account.
@2....1....0....sold! You can try here, but as I said, probably not going to get removed is my hunch https://www.ebay.com/sellerhelp/feedback

I agree, they probably won't remove the red donut, but always try.
We had a similar issue where the buyer cut into the item when opening the package with a pair of scissors and wanted us to replace it or refund 100% due to their error. We commented there was a pull-tab on the plastic mailer for ease of opening.
2 email rants and we just said no. You break, you buy. You buy, you cut, you own.
Ask e-Bay to remove. But spell it out for them and include the buyer's email comments as they admit they threw it away. This month is really shaping up to be a steady stream of WLs....

If they actually SAID that you should have put the contents on the outside of the envelope, you may be able to get that FB removed on the basis of the buyer demanding something not included in the listing (you didn't say that you would actually identify the contents on the outside of the envelope - like seller in their right mind would do that).
