Hello all,
I have a question about the requirements to become a "Top Rated Seller".
The requirement states that "Have at least 100 transactions and $1,000 in sales with US buyers over the past 12 months." Are the transactions sales only? I have lots of buying transactions, but only 3 sales transactions over the last year.
Thanks

They only count transactions in which YOU were the seller.

Sorry, but it's 100 sales (only). Purchases don't apply toward the total.

From your Seller Hub, scroll down to Seller Level. It gives you the actual transaction count and dollar figure for your Sales for the last 12 months.

Yes, that is what I was afraid of. I was hoping I could sell 1 old baseball card and then make the $1000 minimum.

Yeah. Don't we all?
Also, keep in mind that as a new or infrequent seller, you may be subject to listing limits (both dollar volume and number of listings), so you may not be able to list a card for $1,000, and your proceeds might very well be subject to a 21-day hold--especially due to the high-risk sports card category.
