I wonder, can a US seller open a UK account and access their Working Capital? I'm guessing not, just throwing the idea out there.

well only thing I got out of it was the lack of communication as usual with the users from eBay.

Yet this problem seems to be more: No communication with in eBay. So no communication with users.
