So I was selling a lovely 1870 3cent piece. Sale went smoothly, payment was prompt.
I ship out the coin, using the exact address that shows up for the buyer in the "Print Shipping Label" page.
Some time goes by and the envelope gets returned to sender by the USPS.
I fired off a message to the buyer to let him know that the item came back to me, mentioned exactly what address I sent it to, and asked him to please provide a new address so I may resend his coin to him.
No response was ever received from him.
How long do I need to wait before I am absolutely clear to relist the coin?

The buyer can file an "Item not received" claim for up to 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date. I see no reason to wait longer than that.
