This is an incredibly frustrating issue going on with eBay - basically if you use stock photos (for example, entering the UPC of an item to sell and letting it autofill the photo), the picture will NOT show up in the thumbnail. It will not show up on your storefront nor does it show the picture in the listings that buyers are scrolling through. If there is no picture, no one is going to buy.
This is definitely on eBay's side because it is duplicated on multiple browsers, multiple PCs, and even on the mobile app. If you add your own picture, it shows up as normal. Already opened a ticket with eBay but no new information has come from them.
Again, this is extremely annoying because sales are way down obviously.

Just to make sure, are you listing your items as new, or used? Used items aren't supposed to use stock photos and it may be removing them if that's the case. Otherwise, I can confirm that some of your items don't have images, but again, all of them were pre-owned (so were many that did show stock images, but let's be realistic, eBay has never been completely consistent).

I have a question. I see a lot of your discs are "disc only" - no art or jewel case. Yet you only picture the art, and not the disc itself, which is what you're selling.
So my question is: What's up with that, and why do you need stock photos of something that isn't even included with what you're selling?

Most are used - I don't think it is removing the image because if you click the listing, it shows up. It's only the thumbnail. But you're right, maybe they're changing things around.

What's up with what? Are you implying we are scamming or something? The listings are incredibly clear and uses the stock image of the title.

No, I'm not "implying" anything. I'm pointing out that your only pics are of something the buyer isn't getting. I really don't think having just one picture of something not included in the sale is "incredibly clear."

Duly noted - our feedback says otherwise but thank you
