Why when I see my items from another computer and I click on my categories to send me to the store, I get a message that this account is not there? Someone could help me?

I went to your Feedback page, clicked on See Seller Store and it lead me to your store. I see 94 items. I’ll try another angle.
EDIT: ok went to one of your items, clicked on See Seller Store (or whatever that link states). It took me to your store. I see 94 items.

I am having the same issue. You can see the thread I started on the Technical Issues board here https://community.ebay.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Links-To-My-Store-Do-Not-Work/m-p/31589217#M80193
brittanie@ebay here is another seller that has store links going nowhere like I reported in the thread link above. Is it possible to get an update on a fix time frame?

@mcdougle4248 - Thank you for tagging me. I unfortunately do not have a timeframe or update on when this might be fixed.
@yunybloomshop We're aware that some sellers are seeing this experience specifically from the 'Visit store' link and this is being worked on. I have added your user ID to the report, so that the tech team knows your account is being impacted.

@mcdougle4248 Believe me I continue to push on this as much as I can on my end, because I know it's not a great experience for anyone.

I just opened an item in my store on the internet explore and I gave it to go to the store and I get the same thing, I don't have any account registered on the internet. However I give the link that says "see other item and sends me to see the items. But where is the description of the article that is the logo and some categories, I give it and it does not send me to the store it tells me that the page does not exist.

I've been having this problem for 16 days now. The assistants have been useless many just ending the chat abruptly. Ebay have said they will not charge me shop fees but I'd prefer for the 'visit shop' link and the red shop links in 'see other items' to work rather than take people away from my stuff. Its costing me a lot of money in lost sales and I'm having to move away onto other platforms. Even concierge have failed to do anything and they are usually pretty good. This happened in 2014 and 2018 and was sorted withing a couple of days I can't understand why its taking so long for Ebay to sort it this time.

I have the same problem - 3 days and counting now, hours spent on chat and phone...and still getting nowhere. I am not getting just one type of error - I'm getting multiple different errors from different pages.
- Categories saying there are 0 items in this category.
- When clicking on any categories through a product page, it says "this page does not exist".
- When clicking the red and blue door icons I get "this page does not exist, CGI6 ebay error, plus this is not you it's us errors. But occasionally the links will work and take me to my store - sometimes then my categories are missing completely, and other times it mostly works.
- When I click on 'visit store' or 'view my store' I get "sorry, this store does not exist".
Plus other issues. I am beyond angry it is taking this long to resolve. I've gone from orders every day to nothing in the past 3 days because of this.
I finally spoke to an eBay agent last night who actually seemed to have knowledge in eBay and he could see the issue straight away. He said it's an IT problem, and it's nothing I can fix from my end. I was assured someone would respond within a couple of hours to acknowledge receipt of the complaint, but 15 hours later I am still waiting to hear anything, and I've been on hold for over an hour now.
The fact that the eBay agents on chat have absolutely zero knowledge about eBay, don't listen to the things we've already tried, can't 'see' the issue even though you patiently explain everything, put the blame back on us and our cookies and cache or web browser, and all tell you a different story, makes these sort of issues so much worse. Why the hell can't eBay send a message to all their 'agents' informing them there's an issue so they at least can provide some reassurance and knowledge to the conversation???

Still ongoing for me I think I'm on day 19 now, six promises of it being fixed and a promise that I would not be charged for my shop whilst it wasn't working but the bill arrived fine and guess what - I've been charged for a shop that hasn't worked since early Feb but now they can't take those fees off until next month assuming it is working by then. I don't trust it will be working so have cancelled my shop which runs out at the end of the month. 17 years trading on ebay never seen things this bad before.

Still ongoing they promised to get back to me withing 48 hours but didn't bother again, the sixth time they have done this. The only solution seems to be put up with a substandard shop that takes folks away from your items or close it - we are closing ours but bear in mind it runs (and takes folks away) until the end of your payment period. I think it must be the work of the ESPT (Ebay Sales Prevention Team) - they're a crack unit that spend hours on the rifle range aiming at their feet.
