I received a message from a buyer with 415 positive ratings but no purchases within the past year or so. The buyer stated, "I am here trying to get this item but it says the payment it's not accepted, I contacted the chat support and they explained to me that the problem it’s your account that has not activate payments for users without recently purchases and it is my first purchase in these months, finally they sent me this URL for you to enable all payments and let me get this item."
I am pretty confident this is a scam, but I wanted to double check that it's not some weird eBay policy I hadn't heard of. Thanks!

SCAM-- never click on any links, that's when they hack your account. Delete, do not reply, and move along. Best of luck to you....

This is definitely a scam. There is no such thing as activating a seller account to accept payments from infrequent buyers. Do not go to that URL the scammer provided. No telling what malware lurks there.

Also block them from bidding or communicating with you anymore.

If there is EVER an issue with a seller's account, eBay would contact that seller immediately. They would NEVER ask a random buyer to send YOU a link to fix your account.... SCAM....

I am pretty confident this is a scam,
Sounds like it to me, too. With the item you are selling on a rather new SELLER account you are a scam magnet. Expect more attempts, from the "text me scammers" and the "change of address scammers". The worst ones are those that have the front money to buy and file a false claim after the fact. Good luck with this.

'No Returns Accepted'
This, your low feedback and the price means you are a serious target. You best read up on eBay policies.
