Third Party eBay Accounting Software Help Please

Dear eBay Community,

I am a private seller and sell for individuals in my hometown and elsewhere. I have about 25 current clients. For me to keep track of my clients I use their name as a SKU when I create a listing. I pay out once a month to my clients. I charge a commission for my work using a tiered structure. Curretnly I am using Easy Auction Tracker which has been a life saver. It extrapolates all eBay & shipping fees directly from eBay and drops it into an Excel spreadsheet where I can easily and painlessly separate out each client, I owe money to. I can plug into my Excel sheet my commission structure for each client and “boom”, the sheet does all the work.

Easy Auction Tracker is closing their business and I am looking for a new software that can do what it did.

Can anyone make a recommendation for a easy simple software that can do all of the above?

You can export the ebay transaction report, which will have all the information your will need,  but it will be up to you to manipulate the spreadsheet to manipulate the spreadsheet to get the results you want.

I just heard today that they were not going to offer a 2023 version.  I sure hope someone steps up and fills that void, i really liked the program they offered.

I'm struggling to find another site that offers the same as E.A.T. There are a couple around but they can't handle my store size without constantly failing. Most of the sheets people offer require manual input. I wish someone would have a way to pull all the data with a click of a button like EAT did.

There is accounting software, like Quick Books, that integrates directly with ebay and automatically pulls out the data, but whether you can get it setup to do what you want additional manual input is the question.   Quick Books does have a number of add-ons and third party apps you might want to look at as well.
