The webpage does not load when I try and list my item

Hello, I'm trying to list my item (spare OSO thermostats) but I arrive at a webpage error (onboardexpweb.ebay.co.uk). What is the issue and how do I solve this, thank you

I'm getting the exact same issue on ebay.ca (the Canadian site). When trying to list an item I get a DNS error on onboardexpweb.ebay.ca, saying DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
