Hello there.
A day ago I issued a partial refund to a customers after going to an agreement through eBay Resolution Centre.
However when I checked back today it says "Unfortunately, the refund that you sent didn't go through. To get more details or try again, go to PayPal."
But when I go to Paypal, it says that I have already refunded the customer on the specified amount
So as of right now I am confused. Did the refund got through OK, or it did not at all?

Hi, since it says on PayPal that the refund went thru, then it is a done deal. It could be eBay is behind in updating the transaction. Give it a little more time and they should catch up. (Not too long as there may be a time limit on refunding the buyer.)
You can always contact eBay customer service with the information and inquire as to why they don’t have the correct data.

Did you have enough of a balance in your account to cover the refund?

I have my bank account linked to PayPal and normally, the money would be taken from there as I don't like keeping money on PayPal. As for your question, yes, my bank account has more than enough

That is what is called an echeck and it takes longer to clear. It is not instant. Which may be why you are seeing this issue. It should clear up in a couple days.
