The buyer received the item but does not display this tracking number on Ebay.
When I enter the number in Hungarian Post, where the customer lives, it appears to be shipped.
But the buyer opened the dispute with a request to send the item again because it did not get it.
At my request to close the case because the dress is with her, she silences.
How do I send her a dress when the package does not come back to me because it got the package?
I registered the tracking number, but the funds on the paypal are still in hold.
The buyer does not respond.
What should I do?

It seems like the buyer did not pick up the item from the post office and it is now being returned to you?

The tracking history shows that your buyer refused to collect the package. If the buyer opened an Item Not Received case then call eBay and have them look at the tracking and close the case in your favor. When you receive the item back you can go to the paypal transaction and refund minus shipping and fees if you want to. My guess is the buyer did not want to pay the customs fees.
Since you're in Serbia you may not have access to eBay phone support. You can contact them through FaceBook or Twitter for assistance.

If the buyer opened a case of 'item not received', reply that she refused to pick up the item from her local customs office. When you receive the item return from customs, you will refund her purchase minus expenses. If she asks eBay to step in before you have received the return, it will probably prevail in your favor.

At 3rd of May I sent you a message that the ebay shows that the item delivered to me so I did not receive it. I asked your help. You can search back what you answered. I just want the dress for what I paid for. You did not offer anything so you go on to say the dress is with me. In two days I will escalate this case to ebay if we can not reach a common goal. It's not true that 03.05. she wrote to me.
She wrote on 26.05. and I said she was going to Mail.
I did not know what she knew - that the package was coming back. She asked that once to have the "proof" in the case she wrote in the case she had asked me many times for help with the package.
