I can not express how DISGUSTED I am with this company! They just changed my fixed price listing to best offer on one of my items. I received an email. I'm outraged. This is none of there business.  To show how stupid this company is. My items sell very fast on another site. The only reason I even listed a few on ebay was because I was running my own experiment on them. The experiment was to see if we would receive any views, to see if anything changed for the good around here. GUESS NOT. Because since 2013 this place has been functioning like the pits.  I went in and revised it back, and removed the best offer.  What will be next around here?

Old news that's been around for a while and has spawned a few threads.  Nobody goes to the weekly chat to complain though.

There is a reason for that.  It's like talking to a bunch of rocks.

The biggest reason is that most don't know about it.  Only a very small percentage even know about the boards at all.  Many that do only come here for a hit and skip post and rarely come back again.   I honestly don't believe the Staff knows the level of discontent about some things.  They only see a small handful of posts and attribute them to chronic complainers. If those Chats got inundated with 50 or 100 posts each week from different sellers (not just regular board posters) all complaining about the same thing, maybe the responses would be different.

Or maybe they would just end the Chats.

That's why I want to see people hit the chats where we KNOW the comments are being read, even if they're disregarded.  It's very easy for them to pass over 10 or 15 posts on the same complaint.  It would be more difficult for them to igionre complaints by the hundreds.

In the past if an organized group starting showing up to the chat, ebay counter-acted this by  announcing beforehand the "topic" of today's chat, thereby limiting the topic to only things ebay wanted to talk about, just like an evasive politician.

Not looking for or proposing an organized group.  Just for more people to go there and express their positions.

That's what I meant. Not like a torch burning club. Did some people discuss between themselves agreeing to show up? I have no idea. It really doesn't matter as each person is an individual.
