Terapeak's MySales app was perfect - now it's gone

I used Terapeak's MySales app on a weekly basis to track sales of my items. It told me exactly what I needed to know - what items sold and how many. I could sort by number of items sold, total amount sold, all sorts of awesome analytics. Now - it's gone. eBay bought them and claims that "all the functionality and more" is in the Selling Manager > Performance > Sales tab - but it's not. Not even close. Why do they do this constantly??

Does anyone have a good MySales alternative?

No,  I don't know. They got rid of the Hot Research right after they took my money. I am just starting--I can't afford to have this piece of s*** tool that doesn't do anything. I tried to contact them a month ago and I haven't heard back. They say if you contact them again it puts you to the back of the line. **bleep** **bleep** **bleep**.
