Template HTML creation to use eBay images and eBay policies dynamically

Ok, so we used to use a company that used a template that pulled the first image uploaded to eBay and placed it in the description.  It would also pull whatever eBay policies we had in place.  Is there some kind of code to use in the HTML description to call and show the image uploaded?  Also, an HTML code to pull the Title of the listing and place it in the description?  An example of one of these listings is here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/394191258765

Please assist.  I spent hours searching for answers.

Though you are still going to have to host your photos elsewhere, you may wish to play around with the simple html generator  KompoZer.   It is a free wysiwyg (what you see is what you get) program, and I used to use it when I sold here in the past.   You can make a basic template, but you will have to insert the title,  img links to your pictures that you want to display in the description area manually.  Then you copy/drop the composed "page view" (html) into eBay.   Since I have my own website now, I am not familiar with any photo hosting sites, nor their costs for what you want to do.  The one in the listing you provided is a pay service via Auctiva where you generate your eBay listings, correct?

It is actually a template from Sellerchamp, but since we were trying to see auctiva would do this, it looks luke Auctiva assed their scroll on it.
