Feeling very bad caused by this new change in familiar website.
Depressed, anxious, worried about future.

Trying to let it go...

Things change. They have to change. How many times have you many changes in the way you do business to change to market and trends.
Ebay has to change and become more friendly and familiar to younger sellers. larger sellers and new practices in the industry.
You can handle it. Take a some time to familiarize with it. Check out You Tube channels.
If I can figure out social media at my age, how to drive business with a pinterest account and facebook is not my friend,....you can figure this out.

But it's not more friendly and familiar. It's just lipstick on a pig.

I feel the same way about the new forum.the people are the same but it hard to tell what has been read allready.
perhaps you are talking aboutt the seller hub.......that is old hat for me I hav been used to it since they rolled it out back in the day when they went to GTC
I chose auctions and figured I had better learn whats up wth seller hub
I have just discovered that my sold section that I have bookmarkjed is actually the old
"my ebay " page I would be lost without it
today I also figure out that sales and sold are 2 different totals
the sales column in seller hub will not budge till you have been paid for something
the old sold total in my ebay shows what has been sold even if not paid for yet
Germantown proud Germantown strong
up the whiskey hickon
moving right along

"the sales column in seller hub will not budge till you have been paid for something"
Just as it works in outside construction sales where we live on commissions. There might be a small draw per month but you work against the draw and then you might see a quarterly extra commission check when everything is balanced out.
Young salespeople almost skip into the sales manager's office when they think they "sold" their first job. And then the hammer comes down, delivered with a smile of course. "Well, actually you haven't 'sold' a job until the CONTRACT arrives and is reviewed for compliance with the accounting office terms plus it needs to be able to fit into the installation schedule.

I was always telling salespeople "it's not sold until it's paid for".
