Technical issues..

So this weekend we had all of our listings stop auto relisting,  so yesterday we manually relisted 511 listings,  this morning only 470 are running and they are now all ending in 3 days, instead of 7days,  oh and we  had one item that had sold and shipped in March,  pop up and sell again, hours of nowhere with customer service today what is the correct Facebook contact?

When you are on the landing page - message button is in the upper right - send them a private message with your Selling ID and your email address and a brief summary of your issue.

Are you referring to the automatic relist of auctions up to 8 times feature @anjofak?

eBay enables that feature for new and casual sellers. Once your sales volume picks up, eBay removes the feature from your account. It's not a technical error.

I clicked on 2 of your live listings and 2 of your ended listings - they were all set up as 7 day auctions. Can you provide specific items that were set at 3 days?

So we actually have to relist weekly? 

Not sure how many completely burned out on this..

But we went to ending soonest,  and dozens of them are ending in 3 days and X whatever hours...

We checked them all and listed all 511 yesterday..

The DVDs you're selling are much better suited for fixed price format than for auction format. I would change the listings to fixed price which means they'll automatically renew every month. Ditch the auctions.

Not worth the hassle we had 200 at buy it now for months sold 2, auctions move around 20 to 40+ a week, when those just started dying we moved to all auctions starting Friday to Sunday..did give the 470 going still another look over found 3 duplicates..

Such a defective product.
