Isn't Ebay tech support  suppose to follow up on those issue in that forum? "Preview listing" hasn't worked in almost a year.  Threads were opened last year with no resolution. I myself have called customer service twice in the last 6 months. I also opened a thread last week on the tech board, 0 replies.  Do they work and reply to these issues or not?

I just checked drafts in a couple of different browsers and didn't have an issue with the Preview function. What browser are you using and is it the latest version?

I found your thread on the Technical Issues forum. You said:

After you create a listing, and click "preview listing".  It advances to the preview screen, but you can not click on anything. You can't view pictures, or drop downs to confirm variations. 

It's not broken, that's how preview works. It's a view of what the listing looks like but there is no functionality to click on links or to select variations.

That's how it use to work. You could click on the pictures and all the variations, to make sure everything worked and was set up correctly before it goes live. 

Customer service agreed both times I called them.

@tweetystwades I don't remember preview working that way but maybe I'm wrong. You can ask about it in the weekly chat.

Call ebay 3 times and get a different answer.  

I called ebay again, and they said this functionality is no longer working the way it use to. You can still click on "preview listing" , but you can no longer click on all the pictures or the variations. Which doesn't make sense, I would like preview pictures and variations before it goes live.
