Taking From Sellers Ebay Knew All Along

Recently ebay have been getting complaints from seller concerning their "ACTIVE LISTINGS NUMBER, and their STORE LISTINGS NUMBER DON'T MATCH". I first both this to ebay attention back in May 2023. Ebay never fix the issues, and you "WONDER WHY"? As I state in many of my posts, ebay has all type of tricks. For example: You have a ebay store, and your listing limit is 100 free listing a month.  You list 65 active items, as it is shown on your dash board, and you see the 65 listed items count. When a customer go to your store, in the search bar, it will state "SEARCH ALL 100 ITEMS".  You don't have 100 active listings in your store.  This is where the ebay trick comes in.  You only have 65 active listings, now you list the remaining 35 items to reach your monthly limit of 100 active listings.  However, ebay charge you for the 35 listings, because ebay glich software is counting the wrong number (100) of listings in your store, when that number should have been only 65 listing. Ebay have been making money off of sellers who did not caught this. Ebay have knew of this issues for the entire 2023, never fix the issues, because it was "FREE MONEY" for ebay.  When people started to get wind of what ebay was doing, on January 5th 2024, ebay addressed the issue, and claiming to fix the problem.  Many sellers was unaware of this, and ebay took their money "KNOWING". Ebay has refund some sellers their month store fee, however, so many sellers called ebay about this issue, ebay stop refunding some sellers, EBAY KNOWING THEY TOOK THOSE SELLERS MONEY.  Again, I seen this back in May 2023. I should have made a post back than. However, when I have posted in the past, there will be ebay empolyees, mods, people ebay reward to say nice things about ebay, etc., whom job it is to trick, and deny ebay is not doing anything wrong. Than you have some people, who just won't believe it, until it happen to them. Keep track of every little thing on your ebay account. If a number is off, if a letter is missing, if your ebay "PAGE JUMP TWICE" (Ebay Glich Something Changed) look to see what's off. Ebay is not going to tell you knowing. Also look for missing listings that disappeared you may have listed a few weeks ago. Ebay is good for disappearing sellers listings. Than tell the sellers they never listed those items. Most important, don't get upset because you put so much time, and effort in building a store, only for ebay it's own way to break it down.  Always stay positive, and keep moving forward in a good direction. Ebay don't care how you feel, ebay only care for the dollar.

I made this post not to long ago. I go to My ebay Page, and all of a sudden the page is "POPPING OFF AND ON". Ebay do not disappoint when it comes down to their retaliation.  Retaliation is one thing ebay is good at.

You have almost 1000 items listed. I have no idea what you are going on about. 

You are selling 10% every three months. I don't know what you are complaining about. Sell better things if you want more sales. Doesn't look like eBay is after you, to me.

This is not how it works AT ALL. Even if your store is showing the wrong number of items, it does not affect your actual listing count in any way. If you go to your Seller Hub and look and your number of listings used and available, it will reflect the accurate listing counts.

Sound like you running cover for ebay, GAS LIGHTING, instead of addressing what I pointed out in what ebay did to sellers. Ebay intentionally, breaking sellers store contract, and services that is not being provided. Taking sellers money, and not telling sellers that there is a "BIG" glish on ebay website that is misleading. SOOOOOOO, you are WORRIED about "ME", and what I'm doing (IN WHICH YOU HAVE NO IDEAL OF, READ MY PASS POSTS, AND MAYBE YOU CAN "SEE"), instead of trying to help sellers, (AS I DO)! WOOOOOOOW,  you must be one of those people ebay rewards for saying nice things about ebay, a mod, empolyee, or an ebay apologist.  You made my point, I don't have nearly 1000 items in my store. I only have 800. however, my store have over 900 items. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY POINT RIGHT! I LOVE IT! Keep responding that's how people learn!

Active listings include auction,  store,  items not showing but kept active for restock...

You do read and pay attention to my posts because you know I'm right. IF YOU DIDN'T, YOU WOULD NOT BE FOLLOWING ME.  It's simply "CALL EBAY", and find out if this is a issue or not, and did they start trying to correct it on January 5th 2024. In which I bought it to ebay attention in May 2023.

What is a big glish?

If you are seeing more items in your store than shown in your active listings page in the seller hub you need to go add yourself to the ticket.

You don't make sense. You did not understand what I said in the post. Simple: Sellers hub show 4 active items. Go to your store, and it shows you have 10 items in your store. "WHERE DID THE OTHER 6 ITEMS COME FROM?

Variations is counted in you sellers hub active listing. For example, it you have 3 active listings, and you list one item with 5 variations, your active listing count (IN YOUR SELLERS HUB) would show 8 actives listings. When you go to your store, and look at the search store listings, it may show you have 20 listings, when you really have only 8 active listings.  A ebay agent tried the same question, and we did a maunal number count in my seller hub INCLUDING VARIATIONS. Than we went to my store and counted the listings "IT MATCH". However, on my store page it SHOWED THAT I HAD MORE LISTINGS THAN I ACTUAL HAD ACTIVE LISTINGS. 

The ebay glish is, when you list a item that is counted to your monthly limit, you are looking in your sellers hub, that shows the right count. However, ebay website glish in counting is count number in your store, that shows more listings than you actually have active. Thus, you would reach your monthly limit, within your ebay store website, without actually reaching your monthly in your sellers hub. Ebay is counting the wrong high number in your store, instead of in the sellers hub. This is why ebay "FINALLY" trying to fix the issue on January 5th 2024. However, the isses have been going on all 2023, ebay knew of it, and did nothing, due to the fact ebay was collecting FREE MONEY.

They don't exist. It's a glitch in how many items it's SHOWING you have, but it has zero effect on your actual listing numbers.

You're the one who doesn't understand, sorry to say.
