Quick question....I currently offer 30 day free returns on all.of my listings to continue receiving TRS+ status. Here is my question...if I have...let's say....350 listings that DO offer 30 day free returns, but I have 50 listings that I change to BUYER PAID shipping 30 day returns....will.i lose my 10% FVF discount and TRS PLUS badge on ALL 400 listings? Or will I lose those perks on JUST the 50 listings I changed to Buyer Paid returns? I am asking because I am a seller of collectibles of all kinds, and I have an overall very low return rate...however as far as the returns I do get...they are almost ALWAYS my pefumes which of course I realize carries the return risk like clothes and shoes and many times invites trial buyers. I am ok with that, as the return rate isnt outlandish in this category for me, but it HAS seemed to highly increase in this category since adding the seller paid 30 day free return policy. I would like to still offer the 30 day return in this category of sales...but at least discourage high abuse BY TRIAL buyers by at LEAST discouraging some of th em by not offering seller paid returns. So...again...just wondering if basically..do I HAVE to offer 30 day free returns on ALL of my listings to get TRS+ status? Or can I have 350 listings that are TRS PLUS qualifying...and 50 perfume listkngs that just will.lose the the plus status...? Or is it an all.or none situation...in other words..will.i lose my 10% discount on ALL listkngs GVF fees...just because I had some listings that didnt carry free returns?
