I have free returns and she had already filed and got her label this morning.  I wouldn't have even cared much because it's only a $30 necklace, but I just couldn't ignore her reason ("not real sterling, just plated"). Now if only I could figure out how to charm people out of $100+ returns.  😆

Ha well as of posting time she had not yet cancelled the return.  So I wrote again to ask if she would (please).  😁
Hopefully she can find where/how.  If not, it's only a small 'hold' of funds until her label scan window runs out.
