I'm selling two items (two brand new Nexus 6P cases for $20.00 OBO, one black and one grey, seperate listings).
I received an offer for the black case on 11.10.17, for $15.00. He has zero feedback, account created on 11.10.17, and is located in China. I thought I would send him away by sending a counter offer for $20 (full price). He allowed it to expire.
The black case sells to another buyer the next day.
He then sent the following 'questions' over the last few days (regarding the grey case). I left all of them unanswered...
11.12.17 – "Can you send it to China, please? Is it genuine?"
11.15.17 – "Is there a black paragraph Nexus 6P protective shell it?"
11.16.17 – (He purchases the item at full price and sends payment immediately. Shipping address is Wilmington, Delaware.)
11.16.17 (2 hours after purchase) – "Hello, I'd like to cancel my order. Thank you!"
11.16.17 (1.5 hours after cancelling) – "Hello, I cancel my request to cancel the order, please continue to ship, thank you!"
I haven't replied nor sent the case yet.
I assume most are going to say not to send it. Is there a way to cancel the sale without any repercussions?
Or am I protected enough as a seller to send it... and what should I do before sending it?
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Since you have the email from the buyer asking to cancel the order, you can cancel using buyer's request. You will not get a defect for that.
And BBL.

I don't see the items in your sold listings...?
Ship only to the addy on the PayPal payment.
Sellers don't have any eBay protection, including for faulty returns, other than not received cases when the seller can produce online tracking showing delivery. PayPal gives unauthorized use protection with proof of shipping to the payment address.
Thats all the protection there is. Manage your risks before you list, and this a $20 item you are concerned about.
