I'm new to selling on ebay and I've just been trying to sell my laptop, but it seems like there are scammers swarming to it. I've managed to ward off some by insisting payment through ebay. Most recently someone won my auction with an address for a "Camex LLC" i looked this up and it appears to be a reshipping center. Also I checked the buyer's account and it looks like they purchased a bunch of cheap items to gain reviews. My paypal is verified and has seller protection, plus i was planning on getting package tracking/delivery signature. What should i do? I feel like this is a scam but should I cancel now? Or should I wait it out and, upon confirmed payment, ship to the reshipping center? Thanks!

Since so farnothing went wrong, you'll need to ship.
Upon completed payment (check ebay and paypal that they both show paid, you may get hit with phoney paypal email), you can ship and check off the signature required option. If its signed for you are covered. If it's a reshipping site, then if buyer opens case, all you need for them is to admit that it got reshipped and they no longer can get protection. You may want to also insure it.
I general, laptops are high scam items, especially if they see you are a new seller.
Best of luck

ebay's Seller Protection ends when the tracking for the package shows DELIVERED to the reshipper. Just make sure you receive cleared payment from the buyer. Your buyer has 34 feedbacks, so you are able to check out his feedback received as well as left.
All new sellers have listing limits and holds on Paypal accounts until you prove yourself trustworthy.
Once the buyer pays, Paypal will send an email stating you have been paid. Do not click on any links. Log into your Paypal account and confirm you have been paid and that Paypal states OK TO SHIP.
If you ship with TRACKING, the hold on your payment will be released 3 days after tracking shows DELIVERED. If you ship without tracking, the hold will be released after 21 days.
Print your shipping labels using either ebay or Paypal. You get the buyer's name/address prepopulated, a discount on shipping cost, and the tracking number is automatically uploaded to ebay.

The only part where I can foresee a potential problem is here:

I'm new to selling on ebay and I've just been trying to sell my laptop,
It's a scam.
Now I will read the rest of your post.
it appears to be a reshipping center.
Good.
Your responsibility for delivery ends at the doorstep of the reshipper.
On the other hand, your overseas buyer's use of a non-US Paypal account means you would pay 4.4% in fees rather than the 2.9% you pay for domestic processing.
it looks like they purchased a bunch of cheap items to gain reviews.
Many new members start by buying cheap stuff to learn how the eBay system works.
It's actually something experienced sellers encourage newbies to do.
It is a bad idea for a new seller to offer such high value/high fraud items. In my opinion, you should not be selling laptops until you have at least 10 DSRs and know why DSRs are meaningless.
