Subject: Request for Review and Resolution of Account Restriction

Hello,

I am writing regarding the restriction placed on my eBay account on August 8, based on the INR% of my transactions. I would like to highlight that one of the transactions listed under the INR category (Transaction ID: 10076432235007) was delivered on time, and the buyer even left positive feedback. I do not understand why this transaction has been included in the INR list.

Additionally, regarding another transaction (Transaction ID: 10073372318815), which was marked as undelivered, after reviewing my case, an eBay representative confirmed that the defect tag for this transaction would be removed. I have the email confirmation for this.

My concern is that eBay should carefully review such matters. I have been operating this account since January 2024, and it has taken significant time and effort to build it to this level—it is not an overnight achievement. Despite providing evidence and proof to multiple eBay representatives, the only response I receive is that the system has generated these results, without proper consideration of my points.

I request that my case be reviewed thoroughly before enforcing any restrictions. I hope to receive a resolution to this issue at the earliest.

Your account is subject to the Cross Border Trade policies, notably the Item Not Received Rate policy, which is very strict. Cases count against you not based on their resolution, but by the fact that they were opened. It might not be truly fair, but with millions of sellers, eBay does not really have the resources or time to investigate accounts.

Since it appears eBay has ended your listings and suspended your account, they will not review your account again. You cannot appeal that decision.

You'll get paid, just might take a little while.
