Strike-thru pricing

I keep seeing listings that show up with a strike-thru price and a "sale price" on a bunch of listings.  I attempted to use markdown manager, thinking that was how you did it, but nothing I seem to have access to put my listings "on sale" with a strike-thru price and a lower sale price.  How do I go about getting this on my listings?

Strike-thru pricing

@datemike1   Have you logged out of your account then searched your own items to see what they look like?  If you've tried a bunch of the promotions and markdown manager I am sure one of them does that ...

I know there is more then one thread on this subject, you might try typing in "strike through price" on The Community home page and see what threads come back and what others have said ...

I believe your account has to be enabled for strike-thru pricing first, so if this doesn't work for you, you may need to contact support to get the feature enabled.

Once enabled, you have to upload a file through File Exchange to set the original price and strike through sale price.  Here's an example, but of course you may need to change the siteID if you are not in the motors category.

You should also be able to accomplish the same thing by doing a "sale event + markdown" from the Promotions Manager in Seller Hub.  Under the  Marketing tab go to Promotions>Create a Promotion>Sale Event + Markdown.  It should look like this:
