Strange line in address?

Recently sold an item and this is the shipping address.

Does anyone have a clue what the PANG-042323 might mean. Should I include it, or delete that line.

This is a freight forwarder.  the PANG -xxxxx is probably the ID for the customer

DO NOT change the address in any way.  If you do you will lose your only seller protection ebay gives

A google search of that address shows that it is office and warehouse space.

It also shows a company called A L Express --- a shipping company, most likely a forwarding service... I also see comments about/by the company in Korean ... so they probably specialize in freight forwarding to Korea.

That "strange line" is the customer's account number with AL Express.
