Strange feedback - should I reply to this or let it be?

"(+) The screws had a head size that didn't really fit any of the 6 Philips head screwdrivers I tried. But they work great." It's a standard no.3 philips. Any small philips will work. Do I have to specify the screw type in the listing? Hundreds of other buyers must have had the right (very common) screwdriver...

Don't screw around with positive feedback -- just take it.  Nobody reads the actual positive feedbacks anyway.

Agreed. Don't call attention to something that will get lost in the shuffle anyway.

I used to reply to weird soft positives like that, but I agree with the other sellers it just called attention to them and they would be off the first page and never read again anyway before you know it.

I'd ignore it.  It's a positive.  And you have all those positives on the same page for the same item, with no mention of any problems with the screws.  I think anyone who looks at will take it at face value:  The guy did not, personally, have the right size screwdriver.  🙄

Thanks for all the quick replies. Yeah, I don't think I'd want to respond to a positive normally, it was just something weird to wake up to. It kind of implies that the item is something abnormal or difficult, but I'm sure that the average onlooker knows that a screw is... just a screw 😗
