I bought a silicone mold online recently from China and I did so being aware of the long wait 24/55 days or longer. Recently I came across a very slight issue, when I noticed that the Seller (I understand they are not required to provide tracking) updated the item with a tracking number, but after the item traveled to a few locations, was marked VOIDED. When I asked if the order would be continued or possibly came with tracking, they responded slightly harsh. (Not sure if this is a language barrier) They claimed that I should not respond to them or message to inquire, or else it could risk the order being interrupted in their system. At the end of their message they say "Any more problem, kindly contact us. We are always at your service." However I was told not to... Should I just wait for the item based on the estimated arrival and hope it arrives? Thank you again..

Well, wait, and don't wait!
Sorry, I couldn't feel funny reading your explanation.
I wouldn't be worried if they voided the label the same day. It has happened to me, but that doesn't mean I won't print a new one immediately. If that was done 10 days later, that means that they made a new label and are sending you the item you ordered. Somebody made a mistake and was caught on time. But if they have a language that is not English, then, sorry but I don't think they will tell you the truth.
If asking a question "throws them off" from whatever they are doing or standing on, I think they have poor communication skills.
I would ask them again, perhaps grab Google translator and send them the question in Chinese or whatever language you think they speak over there. They as any other culture have more than one dialect. If they don't give you any answer, then it is up to you to cancel of wait an eternity.
Good luck!
