Store profile avatar/picture/icon updated, but Sign In/personal/feedback profile icon has not.

I updated my store icon months ago but I keep seeing the old icon at the top left (where it says Hi....! and on my feedback profile page).  I have followed Ebay's directions (there's no pen/pencil icon) and I'm always lead to Store Settings where the icon is already correct. I searched on the forum and could not find a solution.

I would try and delete cookies and cache.  I’m not tech savvy, but this just may do the trick

The "Edit profile" link should appear on your profile page here:

It is possible that as a seller with a store you are seeing an entirely different profile page than other sellers or non-sellers see. eBay recently changed the way that profile pages work; I still see the "Edit profile" option on my profile page on the far right, but you may not.

The store profile image and account profile image are separate. You can use the same image, but you need to upload them in different places.

Because of the recent profile page changes, the URL above will redirect to the seller's store. To go to the profile page from there, the seller has to click on the about tab, then the profile link within that tab.

To offer store sellers a direct link, add ?uc=profile to the end of the URL. At that point they will see what you have in your screenshot with the edit profile link to the far right. 🙂

How do we remove the marking pen image from our avatar? It’s cutting into our image. Any help would certainly be appreciated. Thank You for understanding our concerns.

When you are done editing your profile, use the save or cancel button on the right side of the page to either save the changes or to cancel the changes, and the pen icon should go away.
