Store categories

I am scratching my head on this one............ I have a store - created store categories - moved several items into at least 2 of the categories  - .............. why do they not show up for visitors to my store to pick from?  I only see the top level eBay categories showing in the dropdown.  UGH

When I visit your store I see 2 categories - jewelry and watches , crafts.

From the dropdown....not sure how it appears app vs pc but buyer would be able to click on either store or ebay categories.

Yes - those are the 2 ebay categories. I did not add those. I added several others but they do not show up for shoppers. Only the 2 ebay ones

In doing a quick check, seller can view store by both(store or ebay categories). Unsure if buyer can still. No longer seeing that option.

Manage My Store>edit store>category preference> select "store categories"

I figured it out!!! I had to go to ==> Manage my store ==> edit store ==> category preference ==> selected store categories and then PUBLISHED them.  Yay!!
