Store Video Cover Images

eBay FAQ READS,

"The first frame of your video will be the image customers first see."

Does anyone know when the cover images will appear on our store videos? Right now mine is just a blank white hole with a play button in it. It essentially looks as though there is not a video there to play. My video plays just fine. I would just like a cover image on it to encourage customers to click.

The problem is the carousel, video won't play there. I saw it in your About page.

Tried using video in the carousel when that option first came out. Found that carousel went too fast to be able to play the video … so as much as I like the idea, decided to skip this option and just went with my welcome page.

Thanks. Yikes. That's discouraging. Makes me wonder why I pay for a store. I also found out today that my store isn't in the "store directory." I couldn't find my neighbor's store either. She pays a higher store subscription and has been selling for far longer than I have.
