Store Seller Coded Coupons - Keep Getting Error Code

Realize this just rolled out on 4/23 and probably was a futile effort to try on Day 2 to create a coupon code that is used on the "private coupon" option, (for a marketing flyer to go in with an order).  It looks like it creates it, but when I go to "print" it is blank.

Anyone else tried this?  If yes......how did you get it to work?

I'm not sure what you are asking. I believe at this point, you should have the Code when you are finished, something like "Coupon4U" or whatever. At this point, I do not think ebay actually provides a printable coupon (I believe that is coming in the near future)...but as long as you have the Code, you should be able to design your own, using a word processing tool or , if you want graphics with it, using something like Canva.

It gives it to me as a "link", but when I try to copy/paste that onto word or into photoshop, there is nothing there - just blank.  When I try to do a "preview", I just get an error message (although maybe the preview is for the "public" version - doesn't say that, to view in the store?)

I have messed with this for about an hour.  Will try again later with a different browser.  Everything I do in Firefox never seems to work on this site.

Hmmmm.....I just tried and I'm not sure if that would work....I think the Coupon Code itself would work, but how would the buyer know which items are eligible? OK, just checking on something....I know the Announcement says the Coded Coupon is available now, but I'm wondering if it is in a phased rollout. Could you check and make sure you don't still have the old Codeless Coupon, rather than the new Coded Coupon?

This is now the error message I get when I try to go back and re-create and save as a draft.  It will not even let me try to launch now.

At the top right, you should have a "preview" area - do you get anything there at all?
Clearly, I  am not smart enough to do this  coupon.

I can't tell from what you are describing, but again I'll ask....are you sure you are working on a CODED Coupon, not a CODELESS coupon?

It is the only Coupon I can select in Promotions in Seller Hub and when it opens, it looks exactly like the link I posted in the OP.  It is supposed to generate one that I can either do in my Store or create a link I can use in an email flyer in promotions/marketing (whatever they call it now)

When I launch the "coupon" link under Promotions in Seller Hub, what I "see" is exactly like what is in the Green Square on this link.  On the Right, it has a "preview" - I cannot get it to Preview and now, I cannot save it as a draft or Launch it.  It will let me fill out all the squares, data.....

You must be right....this is in a slow-roll to different sellers.  It makes me think I am "doing" it, but it won't actually do it evidently.
