I suggest that you get to the bottom of why you are receiving so many negatives.
According to your company website, your HQ is a pizza joint / clothing store in Woodbridge Va.
That might be the "root" of your problems.

Keep going but try to do better - keep track of your inventory and be more responsive to customers. Poor customer service will sink you faster than just about anything else.

It won't happen "as quickly as possible". eBay is a humongous place and competition between sellers of like items is huge. Buyers look at feedback when determining which seller to buy from. You have five negatives and one neutral and those appear to be from lack of customer service. Right now, it's going to be hard to improve your ranking because that bad feedback is going to deter buyers from even buying from you now. Just concentrate on sending what the buyer orders (and what is advertised), keep your prices competitive, ship quickly, respond to questions and concerns, take care of problems, and overall providing the best customer service you can.
