Can I stop an auction if the bids have gone over the Buy it Now price? I had a buy it now of 76.99 and the bids are up to 99.00 with still 6 days left. Because I won’t get anymore they 76.99 correct? I have no reserve on the listing either.

The Buy it Now price vanished as soon as you got your first bid.

Yes, you can get more than the buy it now price.
Once the bids reach a certain level, buyers are no longer able to use the Buy It Now price and it is not no longer available.
I assume you WANT more money if you can get it, right?

You need to refresh your bidding knowledge. In most categories, that BIN vanishes with the first bid as the other responder mentioned.
You are not limited to receiving only the BIN price.
Congratulations are in order.

See just the auction price is showing

Use that extra money to pay for the fees ebay charges you on the SHIPPING and TAXES! 😉

Congratulations on all the bids!
This something that you can't change now but I would have mentioned the missing charger cable in the title. Not everyone reads or comprehends the description.

When your auction got its first bid, the "Buy it now" option disappeared and the auction proceeded as if it had never been there. Buyers who come across your auction after that first bid was placed will not even know that it ever had a "Buy it now" option. Looks like you're going to make a nice profit after underestimating what people would be willing to pay for your item!

Yes you will get more. Leave it alone.

In the future, instead of a reserve price (which costs money), start the auction at the lowest price you would accept if only one bid is placed.

@evry1nositswindy ... it was a BIN, not a reserve price. AFAIK, there is no fee for using a BIN.
OP has done pretty well with this auction so far, and has not wasted any money. Could still get better, too.

In the original post, OP states, "I have no reserve on the listing either."

I just checked your listing. The buy it now option is gone. Congratulations!
