Statement added to each listing?

Is there a way to have a statement automatically added to each listing?  I find myself typing the same lines repeatedly.  Things like "Please look closely at the pictures, they're a fair representation of actual condition."  or "Local pick up can be arranged."  

I'd like to be able to come up with a standard statement that can be added automatically without typing or copy/paste.

Just keep a list of such sentences on, say, Notepad, and then just use copy and paste instead of typing.  And when possible, use sell similar and the phrases should still be there.

I don't think there is anything that will do that specifically.

But you could create a template with that text in it and use that template when you create a new listing.

I would use that feature if it were available.

For now you're stuck with copy/paste or a template.
