Spring Seller Update-Guess the Date

Last year was Feb 27, in 2017 it was Feb 28, in 2016 it was April 5, and in 2015 it was March 17.

The only consistent thing is that all those dates were Tuesdays.  So most likely this year it would be Feb 26, but with eBay you just never know.

April 1 ... for not-so-obvious reasons.

When did they add in the summer update? That was just one year, correct?

Nope.  There was one in 2017, but it was in May so it's hard to remember it as a summer update:

I thought that one was the first and only summer update.
Was there another?

Didn't they used to have random updates - years ago - whenever there was 'Great New For Sellers'?  Things like 'Lowest Fees Ever' and what not?

Maybe it was just a hallucination or something.  Smiley Surprised

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

The foolishness of one's actions or words is determined by the number of witnesses.

Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.

There have been 2 "Summer" updates: on May 9, 2017 and May 22, 2018.

According to Ina, before the Summer 2017 update,  "for the past 5 years" there were only Spring and Fall updates:

I remember it that way, too.  It was actually a relief to be told that new policies would be presented in semiannual clumps, though actual implementation dates  for the announced changes have usually been  spread out.

Yeah, poor Bill.  I don't think there will ever be a time when everybody has forgotten that one.
