Something not right

I have a few items i recently sold and about a day after i get a message from the buyer saying they want to cancel because they did not place the order. This has happened 3 different times. Are there alot of hacks getting into people's accounts or getting into Ebay and ordering things on someone else's profile?

Yes, it says that except there's only the "30 days" and the checkmark. I'll send you a picture as proof.

First you will have to lower your  "Allow combined payments and shipping" settings. If you have it set to allow buyers to pay for and comine shipments for up to 30 days it will not let you change the unpaid setting to less than 30. Here is the link to those shipping and combined payment preferences:
