No more ridiculous than having to enter the tracking number into an Item Not Recieved case when the tracking that shows delivered is right there on the transaction.

I agree, I've been on Ebay for 18 years now, and the "glitches" and ridiculous stuff, things that don't make sense, seem to be growing day by day. Oh, to have everything run smoothly again.
